The Body Project is a 12-week Fitness programme – designed with convenience and accessibility for all. It is flexible, functional training that really gets results.

The Body Project motivates you to train at times that are convenient for you. You can choose from 17 BP classes per week & they the sessions are UNLIMITED to you. 

We offer sessions at 6am, 6.40am, 9.15am & 5.45pm. Locations include; Probus, Kea & Carnon Downs. (NB. We are child friendly & little ones are welcome at the sessions if they are your responsibility).


The Body Project gives you –

• UNLIMITED HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and circuit classes per week. These always change for maximum results. This style of exercise is short and sweet but boosts fitness and changes body shape quickly. They are also suitable for everyone.

• A private Facebook group for motivation, tips, information and invaluable peer to peer support. You can also contact your trainers on here or private message on Facebook if you have any concerns.

• Regular measurements and fitness testing to monitor your progress (optional).

• Use of the booking system ‘GymCatch’. Here you can book and cancel your sessions with ease.

• You will have your own progress card – to plot your results and your journey.

• Real life coaches who have been there and done that. We are real women – we know the struggles, we understand the aches and pains and we know it’s worth it!

  • Participation by me in this activity is completely voluntary.

  • I understand any exercise class has a minimal chance of changes to blood pressure or heart rate that could pose a risk.

  • I will let my trainer know if I am feeling unwell or have an injury at any sessions.

  • I agree to follow exercise guidelines set by my trainer. 

  • Think Fit adhere to all data protection rules & will not share date with third parties.

  • At times, other instructors may be used to cover or classes may be cancelled in very extreme circumstances.

  • I am happy for photos &/or videos to be taken during class which may be shared on social media.

  • The Body Project is non-refundable.

  • Children are welcome but I understand they remain my responsibility.
