Happy Valentine’s weekend lovely people!! Halfway!!!!! How crazy is that??
Measurements and fitness testing have been carried out - many of you seemed reluctant but as always there are some awesome results amongst you! Good work!
Thanks for all your concerns about my knee and thank you for understanding I had to cancel Piloxing. Luckily my knee is much much better so actually my
sensible-ness paid off. Maybe I should try it more often ha ha
The second in our series of fundamental workshops went really well on Thursday evening.
The subject was Core & it wasn’t only informative but we had a laugh too! We have popped on another date for those that couldn’t make it. It will be on Sunday 1st March at 6pm. Available to book on GymCatch.

Ria has chosen Claire Collings. Claire comes along to both of our venues and is just such a trooper and always turns up to class with high spirits (even after her little boy has just thrown a toy train and broken the TV, just before half term)!! Claire is a bit of a dark horse we think. Coming, cracking on, working really hard then going again! Keep it up lovely.
For me this week it’s going to be Carla Symons. You are back lovely and you are definitely in the game! Love your determination and your workout ethic! Good work this week!
All is on as normal next week at Kea & Carnon Downs next week. The probus classes are a little different with 6am classes at Tresillian and NO 9.15 classes. Oh and remember kids are welcome so can still workout in half term.
