We pride ourselves in merging both the physical and mental benefits of exercise by providing a safe, supportive fitness community.

As well as inch loss, weight loss and improved fitness, our participants gain confidence, they are proud of their achievements and they develop a new ‘can do’ attitude to life.

Think Fit Founder & Instructor

The brain (& brawn) behind Think Fit. I created Think Fit in 2017 through passion, interest & love for fitness. My mission is to introduce as many people as possible to exercise & to open minds to all the awesome benefits that it can bring. I deliver The Body Project to a LOT of awesome ladies at crazy o'clock in the morning as well as fun, friendly upbeat classes in the evening. 

I am proud of what I have created in Think Fit & love the community it has created! 

Ria

Right Hand Woman & Instructor

Ria is the organisation, the drive, the ideas. Since joining Think Fit she has helped it grow & with her awesomely calm input it has gone from strength to strength. Ria is an excellent instructor who truly understands what it's like to start at the very beginning -  she herself joined The Body Project in Jan 2018 & has benefited from the process massively.

You will see Ria teaching & motivating you at The Body Project as well as some sweaty, hardcore classes in the evening.
